I wouldn’t go that far. I believe it is more of misleading advertisement for a crappy product.

Anybody who has been in internet marketing for more than two minutes would know that there’s very small worth in copied content. Copy web sites on the other hand are worthless as Google would show just one result (at most) out of all the internet sites and it is hard work to make yours the chosen one.
